- Review of all architectural and engineering design deliverables (errors, clashes, omissions)

- Technical review and control of design changes/variations
MEP Team

- Design reviews across Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection (FP), and ICT/Communications, including energy-efficiency assessments

- Load calculation validation, coordination/clash detection, and constructability & maintainability assessments
Civil Engineering Department

- Site Development and Ground Design Review

- Settlement and drainage plan evaluation, optimal construction method review
Structural Part

- Structural calculation and structural design review

- Member quality, precision, and construction method suitability evaluation

- Process plan and Master Schedule (inter-trade coordination) review
