Hotel In 9 is a business hotel located in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, completed in January 2019. With the concept of Speed Check-in, Fast Wi-Fi, and Good Bed, the hotel consists of 4 basement floors and 19 above-ground floors, totaling approximately 7,930㎡ (2,400 pyeong) of gross floor area.
BAUM CM provided comprehensive support in defining the hotel’s operation concept, determining room types and sizes based on customer needs, and optimizing the scale of ancillary facilities such as breakfast lounge, sauna, and meeting rooms. To enhance guest accessibility and operational efficiency, the originally planned 3rd-floor lobby was relocated to the 1st floor, and the B1 to 2nd floors—initially designed as rental spaces—were redesigned as hotel amenities.
Hotel construction requires continuous design modifications through mock-up room reviews, while simultaneously integrating FF&E and OS&E planning with the hotel’s operational strategy. Since major finishing works are executed as part of the interior construction, the project demands close collaboration among all stakeholders to manage the complexity and ensure seamless coordination.
Leveraging extensive hotel project experience and the deployment of specialized technical personnel, BAUM CM successfully performed Construction Management-type supervision services, ensuring the project’s efficient execution and high-quality completion.
