Opened in early 2018, Four Points by Sheraton Gangnam is part of the global hotel chain Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
Designed for both business and leisure travelers, the hotel features 199 modern and comfortable guest rooms, offering relaxing stays with vibrant city views of Gangnam. The hotel provides a 106㎡ meeting room ideal for business gatherings and special events, and its prime location with easy access to both Gangnam and Gangbuk has made it a preferred destination for global business travelers.
BAUM CM provided Construction Management (CM) + CS services throughout the project, spanning the design phase in 2015 to completion in December 2017. Through precise design and construction schedule management, the team successfully ensured the on-time grand opening as originally planned.
