Information
The Al-Khobar Project is part of Saudi Vision 2030, a national initiative led by Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), with an investment exceeding USD 13 billion. Saudi Vision 2030 program aims to develop 21 entertainment centers across 14 cities in Saudi Arabia, establishing a vibrant entertainment and leisure infrastructure nationwide.
Al-Khobar, located in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, is planned to be developed into a major hub for entertainment and leisure on a site area of 116,660㎡. The project will include an aquarium, a black-box theater, cinemas, and family entertainment facilities, creating a vibrant destination that integrates culture, recreation, and tourism.
BAUM CM provided Independent Engineering (IE) services for the Al-Khobar Project, including construction plan review and consulting support. The company takes pride in its role in successfully guiding the project’s implementation, contributing to SEVEN’s mission under Saudi Vision 2030.
