Mediplex Sejong Hospital was established in response to the growth and advancement of the Hyein Medical Foundation and the increasing domestic demand for medical services. It is a specialized general hospital focusing on cardiovascular medicine, providing advanced, patient-centered care.
The lower floors house the Outpatient and Central Treatment Departments, while the Inpatient Wards, beginning on the 7th floor, accommodate a total of 308 beds.
BAUM CM ensured the reliability and safety of critical medical equipment by conducting thorough pre-construction reviews of the hospital’s mechanical and electrical systems, minimizing potential construction-stage errors. During the completion phase, BAUM CM carried out systematic punch-list inspections, reducing potential losses for the client and striving to achieve zero user complaints through meticulous quality management.
