Seogyo-dong Unam Building
Information
The Unam Building in Seogyo-dong was developed as a project in which the building owner completed the earthwork, structural, interior, and exterior finishing works before leasing the entire building for hospital use. Located approximately a five-minute walk from Hapjeong Station, the facility accommodates around 90 beds, offering excellent accessibility within the Mapo area.
As the tenant (hospital) was responsible for the fit-out and medical facility works, BAUM CM focused on coordinating potential conflicts between the owner and tenant regarding construction schedules, work scope, and cost allocations. Through effective communication and balanced decision-making, BAUM CM achieved a mutually beneficial, win–win coordination between both parties.
