HL Klemove India Factory Expansion
Information
HL Klemove's Chennai plant in India serves as a production hub for core autonomous driving components, including radars and other ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) products. Established in 2015, the facility has strengthened its position in the Indian autonomous driving market by supplying radars to local automakers, including Mahindra & Mahindra.
HL Klemove is now pursuing the establishment of new local production lines and equipment expansion in India, having secured approximately KRW 230 billion in investment funding for the effort. Through this investment, the company plans to expand its local production capacity while simultaneously strengthening its R&D capabilities, further enhancing its competitiveness in the autonomous driving component market both in India and globally.
